During your first visit, we’ll take the time to build a connection and establish trust. We will examine you and take necessary x-rays to obtain a preliminary impression of your dental situation. In our second visit, we’ll gather comprehensive diagnostic records, including digital x-rays, cone beam CT scans, digital impressions, and detailed photographs. This information helps us create a complete profile of your oral health, allowing us to present you with multiple treatment options designed to meet your needs.

Please complete your registration and health history forms from home prior to your first appointment, or arrive at least 15 minutes early to complete them in office.
